The trumpets used for your kit are pretty important if you want your horn to work properly. These should be made of a durable material that can handle the huge blast of air going through them. Avoid plastic trumpets, stick with maximus quality all steel chrome plated trumpets.

The power relay sends a signal to the compressor telling it to release an air blast. Maximus horns include everything you need involving relays, wiring and wiring connectors.

A good amount of air line is also helpful. All Maximus kits include 15' of air line!

The control switch. The switch used for the train horn will be different from the one used to activate your regular horn. All Maximus train horns include a toggle switch installation kit.
